11*29*2010 Due Date

Hello Due Date!

Well then! Hannah's due date came and went! I can't believe it. I still have the feelings of "IF we bring this baby home" so I'm getting quite anxious for her to come out and make her appearance. I want to count fingers and toes, hear her little baby sounds, and smell her little baby smells. I want to SEE that she is healthy. If she isn't born by Dec 10th, they will induce that night into the am of the 11th. The 10th belongs to my BB Monica's beautiful baby girl Gracie. It'll be her 1 year angelversary. They did strip my membranes today...they did this last week too. Maybe It'll help things along... if not ~ she just isn't ready. She'll come when she's ready. For now I'm enjoying the end of this pregnancy with my Hannah... my turkey tater tot. This beautiful bond we share that is soon to change into something different. Something I've never quite experienced before. As much as I'm getting anxious to see her and hold her, I think I might miss her being in there? I'm sure that as soon as she's here I'll see how wonderful it is to have her and my feelings of maybe missing her will be replaced by joy. Ryan and I did a belly cast together for her due date. It came out pretty well I think. Ryans holding it in the pic cuz it was still a bit wet and we couldn't lay it down.

*34 Weeks*

34 Weeks! 8.5 months! Can you believe it? I hardly can. Hannah's room is set up almost completley, her clothes are washed, the baby monitor is almost figured out, and we are more and more mentally prepared every day. Nervous, skeptical, hesitant... yes. But so unbelieveably overwhelmed with excitement, hope, and joy, we are about to burst.

So much has happened since my last post at 26 weeks. We've moved, unpacked (for the most part), and had 2 baby showers. We had an AMAZING weekend with Monica, Laiman, and Gavin too. I'm going to have to do a seperate post about that when it's not 5:00 am and I'm not about to fall asleep. :o)

I just have a few pix to share today.

A lot of rainbows have been born recently which makes me hopeful. I really hope we are blessed enough to be able to bring our rainbow home too.

26 Weeks

I'm 26 weeks! Hannah is kicking and punching and rolling A LOT and it's been just wonderful to feel! Ryan feels her move all the time and we can both SEE her moving too. Our last ultrasound was pretty uneventful and our last dr.'s appointment was too. We like our appointments to be that way. At the next appointment I'll be doing the glucose tolerance test.

Hannah's 21 week ultrasound

23 Weeks

24 Weeks
I haven't done a recent belly pic but I will soon. My parents are giving me a rocking chair that I used to have when I was a little girl. I'm so excited for it to be in Hannah's room.

I'm going to get to see my BB, Monica and her husband and little man on Sept 24th! I couldn't be more excited. She's coming all the way here from 2,496 miles away! I can't believe it. She's coming for my baby shower. :o) Ryan and I are both so excited to see her fam in real life! We feel so close to them already! I'm so blessed to have Monica in my life. I can't say enough good things about her. We're going to take A LOT of pictures! It makes me sad that we met because we were both became BLM's this past winter. However, our girls  and God must have known we needed each other and led us to one another. Both of our girls had T18. This has been an awful awful experience that we've both endured together. It's not over yet... but I just know that we'll always be around for eachother. I don't care how stupid that sounds. I just know that this friendship is something meant to be and long lasting. Yea yea, sappy sappy.

WOOOOOOOOOOO!
We're moving next week! I haven't updated for a loooong time. Our apt complex raised our rent waaaay too much and the next day we found a house for rent that we can afford! It's a crazy good price! We looked around for a few days and ended up deciding to sign a lease there. It'll be the first house we've ever lived in together. We currently have a 2  bedroom 2.5 bath townhome with a 1 car attached garrage and a wood burning fire place. This new place is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, house with a  2 car attached garage. It also has a woodburning fireplace, hardwood floors, and is on 1 acre of land. We're so excited. The dogs will love the big yard!

Ryan got a job and he's working all the time. We're so grateful he finally found a job! Yaaay! He's really good at it and likes it so far. It was a rough start getting used to getting up at 3:45 am and 4:30 am but it's gotten better.

It's been such a crazy year already. Sooooooooooooooo many ups and downs I feel like I'm on a roller coaster. I'm just grateful for all of the ups we have had.

That's about all for now.
*hugs* to all of you.

20 weeks

Well, we're half way there. I'm 20w3d today. There isn't much to update really. So far so good, and nothing too exciting. I'm fine with that. We've decided on the name Hannah Elizabeth. Elizabeth was Ryan's grandma's name. I never got to meet her because she died quite a few years before we met. She sounds pretty awesome though. The name means a lot to Ryan, so it means a lot to me too. Hannah moves a lot. It's pretty great. Ryan got to feel a good strong kick from her for the first time a couple days ago. He was so happy! Our next ultrasound is on the 20th and we're pretty excited!

That's about it for now.
I hope all is well with all of you!

We're having a.........

We're having a baby girl!!! My parents got me a 3d/4d ultrasound that we went to today, as a gift for my birthday (yesterday). It was so wonderful to see our beautiful baby moving around. She had her legs crossed and up under her bum for quite a while so it took a while to find but baby is 100% a girl! I'm so happy that we found out!  (although all that really matters to Ryan and I is that she is HEALTHY) As far as names go.. We like these 3 a lot: Hannah, Emilee, and Camryn. We can't quite decide yet though...we have some time. Today she was 7 inches long, head to toe. She weighs 5 oz. Her HR was 143bpm and she was measuring right on time for her due date. She has 10 fingers, 10 toes..and she's holding our hearts right in the palm of her itty bitty hands.

Today is the Day

We get to find out if TTT is a boy or a girl today! I can't wait! I asked everyone on facebook if they think baby will be a boy or a girl. So far the vote says:

BOY: 15 votes
GIRL: 19 votes

Last night I dreamed for the 3rd night in a row that it was a girl. Our appointment is at 3:40pm!

16 weeks...5 am thoughts.

I'm 16 weeks pregnant today with our little tater tot! We Doppler pretty often and TTT's heart rate sounds good. Always hanging out around 150-160.  I'm feeling flutters and that's also reassuring. I have no idea when Ryan's going to be able to feel baby move, he's pretty anxious for that day whenever it may come. For now, I'm satisfied with the flutters.  It feels private, special, and peaceful between TTT and me. I took some belly shots about a week ago while trying on some maternity clothes. Here they are:

My regular clothes were just fitting me awkwardly...the maternity clothes feel much better. I also bought a maternity bathing suit as well. It'll be nice for my growing belly not to be squished into my regular bathing suits this Summer. Though I still feel mostly just fat right now.

Our next doctors appointment is on June 23rd, and the one after that will be our level II ultrasound where we'll see all of tater's little structures, including gender! :o)

In other news, Ryan and I have been SICK SICK SICK. It's been going on for about a week and I had to call off of work 3 nights in a row. Boooo. We have bronchitis and sinus infections. Blech. Back to work tonight though, which is why I'm still up at 5 am writting this blog. I need to sleep all day.

My birthday is on the 16th. On the 17th we were planning on going to The Beach Waterpark . I hope the sick doesn't get in the way. It has lots of water slides that TTT and I will not be going on, but they also have a nice wave pool, lazy river, and lagoon with waterfalls. I can relax in those for the day hopefully. It'll only be 30$ for Ryan and I to go. (They have some weird sale on Tues and Thurs.) Wooo!

Has anyone seen this commercial for the h u g g i e s denim looking diapers?  HAHAHAHA "I poo in blue." Ridiculous! It just cracks me up.  It says at the end "The coolest you'll look pooping your pants" HAHAHAHAHA.

I hope you all are having a peaceful day.

Blood Test Results

We got the blood test results from our ultra screen. The results came back:
*NORMAL*
We feel so blessed and grateful! Thank you all so much for all of your positive words! Oh, and the due date has been changed FOR THE LAST TIME. Back to November 29th. I'm 14w1d now. I have started to feel some flutters. This is about the same time I felt flutters with Grace. YAY! I only feel the flutters about once or twice a day but I just absolutely love it. Oh, and I am really feeling like it's a girl right now! HA! I totally was thinking boy, but I'm not any more. Oh well, who cares anyway!

Please everyone I have a prayer request. Please click THIS LINK

So Far So Good

Well, the ultra sound part of the ultra screen came back really well. The measurement of the nuchal translucency and the nasal bone were great! We won't get the blood test results until Tuesday. We feel really hopeful now after hearing that the ultra sound half went so well though. The genetics guy said that if the ultra sound came back well, we have a good chance of the blood work coming back well. So, as the title of this blog says, so far so good. More of the wait and see game though. Again, it was WONDERFUL to see our tater tot again on the screen. TTT is measuring almost 14 weeks. The tech said that the CRL is 3 inches and including legs is approx 4.5 inches! Awwww. We could see hands and feet really really well. It was so cute! Of course, I have pix to show you.

The tech wouldn't even make an attempt to look for gender. O well, we aren't in that big of a rush to find out. It'd be nice to know, but it doesn't really matter to us too much.  Ok, well, we're busy busy today I just wanted to update everyone. Again, Thank you all so much for all of your prayers and positive thoughts. They are really working!!

Ultra Screen Today

We have our Ultra Screen today at 1:15. I dunno if we'll get any results from it today or not. Part of it is a blood test so I'm guessing we won't get those results back for a while. You'd think that they might know something from ultrasound part of it though right? Eh, we'll see. Needless to say, we're a bit nervous.
